A Girl's LifeThere's nothing wrong with feeling confident in yourself and everything you do. Dont let others make you feel belittled or worthless because you're not. Ask yourself why do you feel incompetent or not confident? and how are you going to change that?
I believe a part of life is facing up to challenges and it's how you tackle them depends on who you are and how you see the world. Being confident in yourself or your body should be hard to do. Because the way how society is now if you're not the ideal model with the right curves or hairstyle then you feel like you don't fit in. Well i say screw that. If you like what you look like then what's the point of changing. If you change yourself to be different, you still wont be happy in yourself and the problem will continue until you make yourself ill and disgrace yourself. Im talking to everyone about this issue not just females but males as well. Society nowadays targets everything at women and they forget males lie abuse against women and sexism. (If your would like a blog post about this leave a comment!) Males feel the same about body confidence or no confidence the same as women. In everyone's heads now you should look a certain way and if you don't then you change yourself to be the same. I know for a fact that everyone from time to time feels uncomfortable in their own skin. But you got to be happy in what you have, trust me i know its hard to accept yourself for who you are. I know personally i am a size 16 and yeah i used to feel not good, it got to the stage of changing in a toilet for PE so noone would see me. ive only recently within the last year developed this confidence and i do feel better about life. I looked at the things i liked and just ignored the rest and people have noticed i am happier. If you suffer from a lack of confidence i really hope this has helped make you feel better and if not then contact us and we can help: Or leave a comment, Thank you for reading. - Amy
